With Najac the town is labbeled « Grand Site de Midi-Pyrénées », as well as « Pays d’art et d’histoire » with five other Bastides in Rouergue.
The old city centre is incredibly well preserved from the urban bastide plan to church, monasteries, old houses and buildings. But the city is mostly knows for its vibrant market gathering local products for a truly local experience in a surreal surrounding.

Saint Antonin Noble Val
Right next to the river, in the Aveyron gorge, the medieval city is a stunning place where every building has a story. The Sunday market here is famous beyond the region. The shaded winding streets, the squares, all pulsing with the market energy every Sunday. A real treat not to be missed.
Bruniquel
Further down the Aveyron gorge, Bruniquel also labelled LABEL is a tiny village frozen in time. The whole place is hanging on the gorge’s cliff offering a truly stunning scenery. But the beauty also lies in the details, stones doors, towers… and the feeling that Bruniquel hasn’t change for centuries.
