All our products are local and can change according to local markets and productions, they consist of:

  • A regional charcuterie platter
  • A cheese platter from the farm (possibility of pasteurized cheese for pregnant women)
  • Refined foie gras
  • A seasonal salad
  • A desert
  • A bottle of wine, red, white or rosé

We also have the possibility to prepare vegetarian baskets on request. Pregnant women we will adapt the trays according to your needs

Lacroix-Triaulaire « Le biographe ». Its aromas come from the blending of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier including some reserve wines. The depiction of our terroir and history.
Its colour is pale gold and shiny. It envelops a nose of toasted notes, pralines and mature fruits such as plum or figs. Its finish is sweeter, fresh, and faithful to the House style. « Le biographe » is a composition dedicated to thirst as in great occasions, for sheer and gourmet pleasure.
